Etisalat Nigeria is currently recruiting for the position of a CSR Manager who will Develop and implement strategic initiatives in line with the company�s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives Job Title Manager.CSR, Location Lagos,NG Function Job Summary - Develop and implement strategic initiatives in line with the company�s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives Principal Functions - Keep abreast of global and local best practice with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) generally, and the unit�s activities specifically
- Assist in driving the company�s sustainability agenda, and build the brand reputation as a responsible and caring organization
- Assist in continuously reviewing the unit�s activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team and company�s objectives
- Formulate new initiatives to sustain the company�s strategic plan
- Ensure alignment between the unit�s activities and the approved CSR policy; update the policy and process as required - Assist in identifying required resources, personnel and funding to achieve the unit�s strategy - Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate the preparation and compilation of the annual CSR strategic plan and ensure timely implementation
- Analyze feedback/ any issues arising from CSR initiatives
- Implement the unit�s work programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelines
- Plan and manage the human and material resources of the unit to optimize performance, boost morale and enhance productivity
- Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinates� performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives
- Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit
- Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director-Brand and Communications
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director-Brand and Communications Educational Requirements - First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline - Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will provide a distinct advantage Experience,Skills & Competencies - Between six (6) and eight (8) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, with at least most recent three (3) years in a supervisory or specialist-level role
