ACCOUNT CONTROLLER
•   MUST POSSESS BSC OR HND IN ACCOUNTING OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
•   MUST HAVE GOOD ACCOUNTING SKILLS

CATERING DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISORS
•   MUST POSSESS BSC OR HND IN HOTEL AND CATERING MANAGEMENT
•   MUST POSSESS GOOD QUALITY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
•   MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF AGE

PRODUCTION CONTROLLERS
•   MUST POSSESS BSC OR HND IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY OR A GOOD FIRST DEGREE IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES
•   POSSESS GOOD QUALITY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
•   MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF AGE

TECHNICIANS
•   MUST POSSESS OND IN ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
•   GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF ENGINEERING DRAW IN AND ITS INTERPRETATION
•   WILLING TO RUN SHIFT WHEN NECESSARY
•   NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OF AGE
•   GOOD TECHNICAL ACUMEN AND ANALYTICAL PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

WELDERS
•   3 YEARS PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH MECHANICAL BACKGROUND
•   OND/NABTECH
•   NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OF AGE
•   ABLE TO WORK WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION

REQUIREMENT FOR ALL POSITIONS
•   MUST 5 CREDITS INCLUSIVE OF MATHEMATICS  AND ENGLISH AT GCE "O"LEVEL
•   MUST BE WILLING TO RUN SHIFTS WHEN NECESSARY
•   ABILITY TO WORK IN ANY PART OF THE COUNTRY
•   MUST HAVE GOOD INTERPERSONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
•   MUST HAVE GOOD COORDINATING SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
•   MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE
